Miscellaneous DIY

In the brief 10 minutes between me finishing work and the thirdborn going to bed, I got the multitool out and sanded the large bedroom's doorframe. The filling done by my friend was very effective so I should be able to paint the primer / base coat on tomorrow. Can't do the rest of the wood until it's sanded down too.

In advance of the carpeting job, Dad dropped off his staple gun (I'll use this to fasten down the underlay).

I was genuinely scared to touch it. The packaging looked like it belonged in a museum!

The brand and the staples still exist, but I had to check before I could relax!
