Taking Back The Garden - The Continuing Adventures Continue

Remember this from a couple weeks ago? Well, we've been busy today (also admire how well the grass is growing back already)...

Mom was looking forward to getting stuck into all this but on the day she was coming round we had to isolate whilst we awaited the Covid test results for the second-born. She was fine, she just had a cold, but that meant Mom couldn't come round. Don't worry though - there's still plenty for her to do.

After all, we just did the easy half - all the ivy, holly, bramble, conifer etc. was all around the trellis. You can't see it in this picture but the other half is hiding several overgrown bushes as well as copious amounts of conifer, bramble, holly and ivy.

If anyone's keeping track of these things - yes, we found more slabs. Old 1950's slabs this time rather than the more modern ornamental style we've been finding so far. Also house bricks; some still cemented to other house bricks.
