Build Day 6

Not a lot to say about today - the concrete arrived for the foundations. It's in the hole now. It's a bit different to what I expected. I think because the house foundations are so close to the surface. 

This is going to have an impact on replacing the lead water pipe, as in, make it trickier. I was hoping to get a start on that this weekend, but I don't think I'll bother just yet if I don't have to start so deep.

I was also expecting the drain to be moved before the foundations got filled in but maybe I'm expecting too much at once. Tomorrow is supposed to involve bricklaying though. I may have to leave Tracy with some questions for the builder.
