A few days ago I mentioned that our builder came round. Well I heard my wife say to him those 3 magic words that I'm sure builders always love to hear - "while you're here...". This inevitably leads to an increase in the amount of work and I dread to think what actually goes through their minds when people keep asking for more and more and more - they have other jobs to go to you know!
Anyway, this particular "while you're here" was Tracy asking about a new porch. Yes, it's needed (the current one is literally coming away from the house) but it's way further along in the project plan.
We'll see what happens.
