Two Hours. That's the time it tok. So average is looking good. Kept up yesterdays pace over longer distance.
Nothing else to report. Am in the process of applying to Telford companies.

what score do you need on the beep test for the RAF? I've heard for the police it's something pathetic like 4. A mate at caving club is in the TA and got 10.2 in a beep test the other week.
