Contemplation.

Do you ever just sit and think? Do you ever just let your mind wander through your memories? Do you ever wonder how everyone you've ever known is doing?

I do. Frequently.

I set up this blog in the hope that anyone wanting to know how I am can do so. It's the same reason that I intend to keep the same mobile phone number and email addresses.

Occasionally, when I'm feeling particularly retrospective, I'll search for some of the people I know/once knew. Sometimes I come across their blogs or other form of website (Facebook for example).

I doubt they know, or care, that I go looking for them online to check on their wellbeing. Sometimes there's good news, sometimes there's neutral news and sometimes there's the sort of stuff that makes me cry.

There's very little I hate more than seeing someone suffer and not being able to help. I think this is one of life's little challenges 'cos life's like that - it gives you paradoxes to solve.

Like knowing that sometimes the best way to help someone is to not try and help.

Like trying to find a job but all the jobs you want require experience but there's no way to gain that experience.

Sometimes it takes some drastic action to create a better life for yourself and sometimes the only person who can see it is yourself.

Anyway, I digress. My point is that life throws things at you and you have to learn and adapt. So far, in my short 24 years on this planet, I have come to realise that nothing turns out as you expect it to.

My way of coping with this is to always try to better myself. To always persevere and to try my best. I may fail multiple times, but I know that I'll get there in the end. Trouble is, nobody knows where 'there' is - least of all me.

Still, it'll be an adventure...

Two Thousand and Eight.

Hello people! I hope Christmas went as well as possible and I wish you all a Happy New Year. Furthermore I wish you all well for 2008.

I had a lovely night of new year celebrations. I stayed home, put some good music on and danced the night away. We had food and drink so we all felt well looked after. Only thing is, that I forgot my disco lamp thingy and have no idea where my strobe light has got to. That could have made things a bit more club like.

Take care all :-)
